After Armando had my sierra duramax denail for a combination of 95 days, multiple false diagnosis's and multiple parts changed, the vehicle to this day still has the same problem. GMC of Santa Monica is literally a joke. I planned ahead for an extended test drive, confirmed multiple times, and everything seemed set. But the moment I arrived, the manager, Collin, came up to me and said, “This is not a rental place. If it was, then we’d just give out cars.” Seriously? After all that planning?

I never leave reviews but felt I needed to on this. First class throughout my buying experience. I usually hate going into a dealership to buy a car. No games, no pressure, honest and up front. Responded quickly to everything i needed. I would buy another car here any day. Thank you for the great customer service and buying experience.
On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up my phone just like that after several times asked me questions and couldn’t find my account in the system, then I called back right away and a gentleman able to assist me. Thanks god I got her name in first place. She made company look bad with her unprofessional behavior in my opinion.

I agree to the fee but was upset that I had to pay for damage most likely made by the employees there since this is the only place I bring the car. although i've had problems with this dealership since the moment i purchased my vehicle, the final straw was when i brought my vehicle in for a "service lane assist" light and they disassembled it without being able to put it back together for a full month. A FULL MONTH. i'd strongly recommend anyone considering purchasing a vehicle to look elsewhere. this has been my worst consumer experience ever, and they did not care at all.
