Consistent communication, quick service upon arrival, clean office & bathroom. My only gripe is when I brought my truck in, it was freshly washed. Over a week later upon pick up, my truck was dirty. It should be standard protocol to wash vehicles brought in for service repairs as a courtesy. Landrover and others do it, GMC step up.

Nash Vahedi in my opinion, is the greatest, most authentic and genuine individuals i have met as a Service Advisor. Very awesome experience. I was provided paid uber transportation back & forth, great communication. Friendly, honest. He should be teaching others how to do what he does. I'll always return with him in service! Thank you. Maybe he can educate sales lol! Funny story after my sales experience i purchased my truck from Pasadena GMC instead.
