I never leave reviews but felt I needed to on this. First class throughout my buying experience. I usually hate going into a dealership to buy a car. No games, no pressure, honest and up front. Responded quickly to everything i needed. I would buy another car here any day. Thank you for the great customer service and buying experience.

On Friday 10/25 I spoke with Christine in Service department. She was unprofessional and rude the way she assisted with my oil change appointment request. She got frustrated very quick then hung up my phone just like that after several times asked me questions and couldn’t find my account in the system, then I called back right away and a gentleman able to assist me. Thanks god I got her name in first place. She made company look bad with her unprofessional behavior in my opinion. I prefer to look other GMC dealership who can provide better and professional services because good services will always bring customer comeback again and again and again and importantly referral to others as well

Working with Charles at the Santa Monica Buick GMC was a dream. I always bring my car here for maintenance especially for oil change. During the service, I received a phone call that the bottom oil plug was “stripped” and need a new one for $25. I agree to the fee but was upset that I had to pay for damage most likely made by the employees there since this is the only place I bring the car. Worse part was when I was about to pay they doubled it for $50. However I pointed out the issue and it was corrected. Also while waiting for them to make the payment correction someone came up to me to ask for the keys to move the car. The gentleman was not wearing a name tag or uniform and I did not give him my keys. Later on I asked about him and he indeed worked there. Employees should be wearing IDs. And it appears that they don’t wash cars here. All of these issues has most likely made my decision to no longer come here for service. *** So someone contacted me from Buick SM and will be refunding me the oil plug along with the other concern of employees not identified. I changed this from 1 to 3 stars and plan to return back to see if improvements have been made.

My experience at the dealership was great! They were very accommodating to all of my questions and when the car we had intended on got sold, they found an even better option that fit our needs and more! Charles helped me out and it was an overall great and smooth transition from my previous car to my now new one. They filled us in even on the smallest of details I had forgotten to ask about and was very happy to answer questions about whatever concerned me or I was curious about.

My dad had been missing for days and I had no idea where he was at. I called the dealership essentially asking whether they had seen my dad. Colin picked up the phone and was incredibly courteous and transferred this odd request to the manager Tony. Tony met me with a shocking level of kindness and followed up with me multiple times and together was able to connect me with my father again (as he regularly frequented the dealership). He even before my father was found offered to have me send a burner phone to the dealership for my dad to have in case he was found. With Tony and Colin's help I was able to be reconnected with my dad. BUY FROM THESE HEROES
